A cellar door. A listening bar. A record store. A room in Hudson where the things we make meet the people they're made for.

Most tasting rooms exist to sell wine. This one exists to slow you down.

Our wines are here, poured by the people who made them. So are wines, ciders, and other drinks from growers and makers across New York — people whose work we drink ourselves. One state, many hands. The list changes as the seasons do.

So do the records. The sound system was built for listening, not background. Some nights there's a DJ. Some nights a meal. Some nights it's quiet, and that's the point too.

We built this room the way we make wine: with collaborators, over time, without a fixed idea of where it ends up. Musicians, cooks, designers, and farmers pass through. Things get made here - new wines, new records, new work. Some of it you'll see. Some of it you'll drink.

If you come, come curious. Ask what's open. Ask what's playing.
